A global multinational networking and telecommunications company is hiring a RAN Customer Support Engineer
- Integration of 2G / 3G / LTE BTS (Ericsson)
- Integration knowledge on 2G / 3G Controller (Ericsson)
- Troubleshoot requests in the given competence group: 2G / 3G / LTE BTS
- Troubleshoot requests in the given competence group: 2G / 3G / LTE Controller
- Capability to troubleshoot and integrate end 2 end (2G / 3G / BTS / CORE)
- Conducts knowledge searches for potential solutions / other requests in progress.
- Records information into support tools periodically or on an as required basis.
- Uses most common troubleshooting tools for investigation
